Community Pet Supply guarantees everything we sell for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If a product is being returned due to an error on our part, such as a shortage, damage, or wrong item shipped, full credit will be issued as long as we are notified within 30 days of the date of purchase.

On returns due to wrong size, color, style, or you just are not happy with the product, then full credit will be issued, as long as you notify us within 30 days of the date of purchase and the product is in re-saleable condition.  In these cases the customer is responsible for shipping charges.  Any notification beyond 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the invoice amount of the product.

Products reported as “defective”, must have been purchased within the last 12 months to qualify for credit.  Defective products are subject to inspection before any adjustment is issued.

Any products sold as “discontinued” will not be eligible for return or credit.
